Ecosystems, established in Florence (Italy) in 1984, is a company specialized in consulting and planning studies for the creation of “ready to use” information systems, to manage and process environmental data. If required, hardware and third part software can be supplied.

 We have planned and developed software products and have supplied services, reaching a highly specialized know-how: our experience allows us to be one of the most reliable and experienced companies in the world in the planning and management of Environmental Information Systems.

 Ecosystems has a large experience in management and planning, installation and tailoring of environmental information systems and monitoring systems, staff training, software support both in remote and on-site, tests and all kinds of operative support to users (outsourcing, data-entry, etc.)

 Our experience started with the development of Hydrodat (an environmental information system that had more than 25 installations in Italy when we changed it over to Intersistemi Italia S.p.A. in 1999). Later we developed similar products for third parties (information systems and LIMS, highly specialized to manage and process environmental data). Now Ecosystems offers its experience to solve any kind of problems about planning, services to manage data (data management), full service for automatic and semiautomatic monitoring systems, training, assistance, tele-assistance, data-entry, memorization or reformat of already existing data on paper or magnetic media.

Ecosystems has also experience in SW planning for the management of museums data and in service of informative support to third parties. For this service the company realized thematic maps of about 200.000 ha in the province of Siena (Italy) for the Consorzio Azimuth, and other thematic maps (DTM, slopes, three-d models, etc.) for other customers.
